Founded in 2021 by Kessa Tours, Kessa Foundation is a Tanzanian non-profit that collaborates with government and faith-based organizations to empower communities through education, environmental conservation, healthcare, and economic development.
Our vision is a society where everyone is economically empowered, healthy, and educated. We focus on those who need financial independence and safety, offering practical programs that create lasting change.

Kwa Msisi (Mkata, Tanga)
Tackling charcoal dependency—an estimated 85% of charcoal used across northern Tanzania originates here.
